It sleeps 10-12 people. It is some 1 Km away from St Spyridon beach ,1km away fom the nearby village of Agios Ilias-Perithia while Acharavi (a bussy town with shopping ,nighlife etc)is 6 Km away. Nearest shops and restaurants are 500 mts away towards St Spyridon beach. Villa Sirios is spacious, 300 square meters. It features a private swimming pool, wide private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning throughout ,winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. As you open the main electric gate you can see the pool and BBQ area on your left hand side the villa in front of you and the guest house on your right. Numerous “al fresco” sitting areas around the villa where you can enjoy a glass of wine or read a book in total privacy

Entering the villa you will be impressed by the” kokinovrahos “ marble floors which give a lush elegance to the villa.
On your left the fully equipped kitchen and above the kitchen an indoor balcony,overlooking the sitting area, which has been converted into a double bedroom.
On your right hand side there are two double bedrooms sharing one bathroom,
Right in front there is another twin bedroom and a bathroom.
The guest house is a spacious building which could be used by children or teenagers as it provides full privacy.It holds one bedroom(there is enough space for two extra beds) its own kitchen,a sitting area, and a bathroom.
